The village is more than just a place—it's you, it's us, and every person who gives of themselves to nurture and love one another. It's that timeless spirit of community, where if my neighbor is in need, I’m there to help. If my neighbor is hungry, we share what we have. It’s a place where race, creed, and color don’t divide us, but only unite us in the common goal of lifting each other up. In the village, everyone thrives, because we’re all in this together.
"Again by God's grace the Connecting Villagers Worldwide came to Jeho safe home last year 2024,they brought food stuff, clothes and Christmas gifts. The children again participated in miss etiquette under the help of Connecting Villagers Worldwide and Grace emerged the winner.
Grace joined Jeho safe home in 2014 at 1 week old and she weighed 0.7 pounds. She had spent the night in the bush where her unknown mother had dumped her. The ant's had started intruding on her body. We thank God who through the well-wishers she was treated and given some medicines. She is now 10 years and in grade 6."
"By God's grace and through the help of well-wishers like Connecting Villages Worldwide, we have been able to support these children. They get clothes, food, education, and any basic needs from well-wishers.
By God's grace we have seen God breathing again in these children's life and giving them life again. A girl like Destiny who was imaged miss etiquette in 2023 under the help of Connecting Villages Worldwide, joined Jeho safe home at 1 month old after her mother left her at bus station. She was rescued by the vendors around, taken to police and the police brought her to Jeho. Jeho has been here since 2015 to date. She is now 9 years in grade 4
