Our mission is to nurture resilience, healing and hope for a brighter future in abandoned and neglected children, through supportive programs, emotional care and uplifting activities.

DR. MOCHA MIMS

Dr. Mocha-Chief Executive Officer of CVW, has earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and specializes in forensics. She embodies the ethos of community support.  Driven by the belief that "IT TAKES A VILLAGE", her work through CVW reflects that sentiment. She travels around the globe paving new pathways in mental health and pioneering initiatives to help villages and communities to thrive. 

MS. CIATA KROMAH

Ms. Ciata-Chief Operating Officer of CVW, is a dynamic visionary and image consultant who seamlessly blends her expertise in the business and fashion industries to empower individuals to reach their full potential.  With an empathetic and compassionate demeanor, she skillfully guides her clients through a transformative journey of self-discovery. Her passion for people shines bright through her work within CVW.

MS. GRETA MACIULEWICZ

Ms. Greta Maciulewicz-Community Outreach Director of CVW, is a dedicated advocate for vulnerable communities, especially children.  Over the years, she has strengthened her commitment to equip children with practical, accessible skills that enable them to overcome challenges and build resilience.  Believing in empowering each child to thrive on their unique journey has led her to work with healing communities and ultimately joining CVW.

MRS. LOLA NSAHA

Mrs. Lola Nsaha- Event Operations Director of CVW, is passionate and dedicated to creating memorable experiences that make people feel valued and connected.  With a deep commitment to community wellness, she advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of others through inclusive, thoughtfully planned events.  Within the CVW organization activities, her goal is to foster a sense of belonging, joy, and support, ensuring every participant leaves feeling special and uplifted. 

MR. SHERROD SCOTT

Mr. Sherrod Scott- 

Spiritual Outreach Director of CVW, is a man after God's own heart.  He loves to make people smile and laugh.  Family is everything to him and youth are his passion. He currently does Gospel Outreach in the community and feeds the homeless.  He loves to inspire people to make good decisions.  His goal to be of service to the community in every capacity that he is able, aligns perfectly with the CVW mission.

MS. HARRIET BURNETTE

Ms. Harriet Burnette- Mentoring and Creative Arts Director of CVW, has 46 years of modeling experience, a passion for singing, and a background in stage acting since 2013.  She brings heart and creativity to her role. A lifelong youth mentor, she is dedicated to nurturing, loving, and supporting young people. Her passions align perfectly with CVW’s mission, making her an inspiring force who helps youth grow in confidence and purpose through the arts.

MS. OGLETHA McCLUNEY

Ms. Ogletha (Thea) McCluney- Veteran & Youth Advocacy Director of CVW, is a breast cancer and stroke survivor, disabled veteran, mother and grandmother. Having served in the armed forces and with over 20 years in juvenile corrections, she is passionate about community. Through her work within CVW, Thea is committed to using her experiences and talents to bless and uplift others.
